As our Founding Engineer, you are the technical heart of our delivery. Your core challenge is to take the strategic AI concepts developed for our clients and transform them into robust, scalable, and production-ready applications.

This is not about working on a single product for months on end. It’s about tackling a continuous stream of new, exciting challenges. You are the bridge between strategy and working code, owning the entire development lifecycle for each client solution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Solution Architecture: For each new client project, you will design the end-to-end technical architecture, selecting the right tools and technologies for the specific problem.
• Rapid Solution Development: You will translate strategic concepts into clean, maintainable, and scalable Python code. You thrive on iterative development and shipping solutions efficiently.
• Building the “GDPR Fortress”: You will ensure every solution meets the highest German data protection standards. This is a non-negotiable cornerstone of our client trust.
• Deep Integration: You will develop APIs and interfaces for seamless integration into the complex, legacy systems of our enterprise clients.
• Building a Reusable Core: While every solution is tailored, you will strategically identify and build reusable components and libraries that accelerate the development of future solutions.

Your Compensation & Equity:

Our compensation model is designed for a true partner and perfectly suited to our project-based work, balancing immediate rewards with long-term wealth creation.

• Direct Project Profit Share (Cash): You will receive 25% to 40% of the gross revenue (Brutto-Umsatz) from every client project you successfully deliver, including recurring monthly retainers.
• Long-Term Company Value (Equity): You are building the company’s core technical capability. Therefore, you will receive a substantial grant of virtual shares (VSOP) representing 1.5% to 4% of the company’s equity, earned over a fair 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff.
• Performance Bonuses: Exceptional results will be rewarded. For example, after successfully completing your first five client projects, a four-figure cash bonus is triggered.
